This the official Concessionaire Application for Kilby Block Party 6. If you previously filled out the vendor inquiry via google forms, you will still need to complete this as well. THIS IS ONLY THE APPLICATION, IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED. After applications have been submitted, a decision will be made on who is accepted. If accepted, you will receive an email with a contract. If you are a Concessionaire, fancy word for Food Vendor of any type, please read the following and fill out the application. What? Kilby Block Party is a music festival that started to commemorate the anniversary of Salt Lake City’s longest-running, all-ages venue Kilby Court. 2025 marks Kilby Court’s 26th year! Keeping with the spirit of this iconic venue, KBP aims to bring together SLC’s music community with some of our favorite internationally renowned artists.

When? May 15th - 18th, 2025. Hours of operation will be 

Thursday (15th) 4pm - 10pm

Friday (16th), Saturday (17th), Sunday (18th) 11:30am - 10pm.

Load in will be May 13th from 1pm - 5pm and 14th from 8:00am - 8:00pm.  

Where? Utah State Fairpark. 155 N 1000 W, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116.

Who? 20,000-30,000 attendees per day.

Applications will close February 23. If your application has been accepted and approved, contracts will go out March 1st along with request for a non refundable $1000 space fee that needs to be paid along with the signing of the contract. Contracts and space fee are due March 8th. 

More Important Info:  
-Concessionaires are required to be there all 3 days. If you have a food truck, you may not move from the place you are parked during load in. 
-Spaces and layout are designed by Food and Beverage Manager at the Fairpark. Concessionaire cannot reserve a location or space. 
-Electricity, water, sewer, all need to be purchased by the vendor (see below). No generators will be allowed. If concessionaire needs to dump grease, there will also be a fee. During contracting, concessionaire will be asked to provide pictures of all plug-ins for electricity. Concessionaires are required to know all of the amps that are being plugged in!
-Concessionaire will also be required to have insurance (see below).  
-Only Pepsi Products can be sold for soft drinks, water, energy drinks. 

-Along with the $1000 non refundable space fee, there will be a 25% commission charged to gross sales (minus tax and tips). 
-Kilby Block Party is cashless and requires Concessionaires to be as well.
-Kilby will create a business sign with the concessionaire business name for branding purposes. 
-Keep in mind, Concessionaires should raise their prices slightly to cover extra costs. Prices may or may not be accepted by Food and Beverage Manager.
