About the event
Ketner's Mill, here we come! Robin Roberts Promotions is excited to announce the Ketner's Mill Seafood Festival on July 11-13, 2025. Food vendors from around the Southeast and beyond will join us for this three-day festival, where the many visitors will enjoy fresh seafood dishes of all kinds, as well as other cuisines for the non-seafood lovers. There will be something for everyone. Admission to the festival will be free, although there will be a $5 fee for parking that will be given to Ketner's Mill. As in other Robin Roberts Promotions shows, we will be taking only 15 PRIME (entree-type) vendors at his show. We have secured billboards, radio, and magazine advertising so far. Folds of Honor will be the festival charity and all proceeds from the VIP Tent will be donated to this organization that supports the families of veterans and first responders. Festival visitors will also be able to listen to nationally and regionally known live music and enjoy juried handmade arts and crafts from artisans throughout the country. Those familiar with the Chattanooga Seafood Bash will find the same activities at the Ketner's Mill Seafood Festival, including a beer and wine garden, expansive kids' area, and a VIP Tent with premium seating near the stage and exclusive dinner and a show opportunities. Ketner’s Mill is a tranquil, beautifully preserved tribute to those who settled in the Sequatchie Valley of Southeast Tennessee in 1824. Formerly the site of a grist mill, blacksmith and wool-carding shops, and sawmill, Ketner's Mill is a wonderful salute to the lifestyles of the 1800-1900's. Please join us in a rustic valley beside the Sequatchie River. Ketner's Mill is the perfect location for a family-friendly show, so visitors of all ages are welcomed to come out and join us!

Categories:  Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category.If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry.

 

All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.

 

Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.

Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.

Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.

Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.

Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.

Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.

Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.

Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.

Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable.

Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.

Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.

Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.

Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

Prime and Sub-Prime food vendors:  If you are using the space beside you, you will need to pay for side space and keep it clean, free of garbage, and any walkway clear.

 

There will be only two pineapple drink vendors, one with alcohol and one without.  This is first come, first serve.

 

We wiill give you health department inspection requirements at a later date.

 

Note:  WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show.

 All payments must be made through Eventeny.

 

Shows are rain or shine and are NOT postponed.

 

When choosing a booth space, be sure to allow room to get your truck or trailer into your space.  Example:  if your food truck is 24' in length, you need to purchase more than 24' of space so you can maneuver into your space.

Terms & Conditions
Thank you for joining us. As we prepare for 2025, there are some things that you need to be aware of. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show. Electric is charged per plug, so keep that in mind when filling out the application for electric. All vendors must pay the $30 application fee. ALL vendor tents need to have weights attached to each tent leg or be staked into the ground, if allowed. No music playing in your booth during the show. No alcohol beverages in your booth during the show. No sub leasing of your space. The artist/vendor must be present at the show all days. Weather permitting, vendors will be allowed to drive to their spot, unload quickly, and move their vehicle out of the vendor booth area. There is back or side space behind or beside your booth for rent and it needs to be applied for in your application. No space behind you or beside is included unless you pay for it. Vendors should run on a generator since there is very limited electrical service.
