KC PrideFest 2025

Non-Profit organizations only - must provide IRS determination letter. KC PrideFest 2025 Vendor hours: June 6th 5-9pm, June 7th 12-9pm, June 8th 11am-5pm.

 

Vendors will be assigned space in a large, shared tent. Setup begins Thursday, June 5th from 4-9pm and Friday, June 6th until 4pm. Gates open at 5pm Friday to the public. 

 

• One 8' table and two folding chairs are provided.
• Electricity is provided.
• Access to water is available; vendors must transport water from the source to their space.
• Ice is available on location for purchase throughout the event.
• Trash is the responsibility of the vendor and must be placed in provided dumpsters.
• You will not be charged until your application has been approved.
• Payments not completed by May 1, 2025, will have the registration cancelled.

Work with the Parade Committee to execute the annual Pride Parade. Activities may include, but are not limited to, assisting in lining up the parade, moving the parade down the parade route, helping at the Review Stand & ADA, and moving the parade through the end portion of the parade and back into traffic.

KCPCA is accepting applications from artists who are interested in performing at Kansas City's 2025 PrideFest June 6-8, 2025. Performers of all genres are encouraged to participate. Not all performances will be paid engagements/honorariums. The majority of performers on the main stage volunteer their time and talents to celebrate with the community and inspire the positive change and connectivity that Pride represents. Performers will not be compensated unless terms have been agreed upon in a written and signed contract with KCPCA.
