OPPORTUNITY FOR FREE BOOTH SPACE:
Non-profit vendors will be required to provide a certain number of volunteer hours throughout the year in exchange for free booth space. Volunteer hours can be provided by one person or a number of people from the non-profit organization. The Volunteer Coordinator will meet with the non-profit vendor to arrange how and when the volunteer service hours can be performed. Volunteer service hours must be performed within one year of event date.
 
METHOD OF SELECTION:
Pearland Parks & Recreation Department can only accept a limited number of non-profit vendors. Vendors are evaluated on overall booth attractiveness (including signage), diversity of items/services, and green initiatives.

Event Sponsors will enjoy numerous benefits, including:

Critieria: 

• Sponsors should be commercial businesses that align with the vision and pillars of Pearland Parks & Recreation. 
• Quality and uniqueness of products/services.
• Alignment with event themes and guidelines.
• Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

$250 Booth Sponsor (Exhibitor) - application due by June 13, 2025

• 10' x 10' promotional booth space 
• Opportunity to distribute promotional material, merchandise, or samples (food and beverages may require additional permit from the City of Pearland)  

$500 Booth Sponsor (Exhibitor) - application due by June 2, 2025

• 10' x 10' promotional booth space 
• Opportunity to distribute promotional material, merchandise, or samples (food and beverages may require additional permit from the City of Pearland)  
• Logo included on Sponsor Recognition Sign

$1000 Supporting Sponsor - application due by May 20, 2025

• Recognition in pre-event marketing - including e-newsletter, webpage, social media (1 post)

$2,000 Activity Sponsor - application due by May 1, 2025     

activities include: Bouncy House, Face Painting, Yard Games, Carnival games, Line Dancing

• Recognition as an Activity sponsor in pre-event marketing - including digital and print flyers, e-newsletter, webpage, social media (1 post)
• Logo included on event banners/signs
• Audio recognition
• 10' x 10' promotional booth space

$5,000 Zone Sponsor - application due by May 1, 2025     

Zones include: Parade, College Fair, Talent Showcase, Emancipation Trail, and Stage Entertainment

• Recognition as an Zone sponsor in pre-event marketing - including digital and print flyers, e-newsletter, webpage, social media (1 post)
• Logo included on event banners/signs
• Audio recognition
• 10' x 10' promotional booth space

$10,000 Title Sponsor - application due by May 1, 2025     

• Recognition as the Title sponsor in pre-event marketing - including digital and print flyers, e-newsletter, webpage, social media (multiple posts)

Additional Information: 

• Booth equipment & supplies (including canopy with weights, tables, chairs, etc.) must be provided by sponsor. 
  
• Onsite Sponsor parking (limit 1 vehicle) 

BOOTH SPACE/LOCATION: 
Booth space will consist of 100 square feet of operational space (10’ x 10’ space). If you need larger booth space, you must seek approval from event coordinator. All events are outdoors. Booth location is determined by Pearland Parks & Recreation and is non-transferable.
 
EQUIPMENT/ELECTRICTY:
Sponsors are responsible for providing all operational equipment, including but not limited to: tables, chairs, canopies, tents, generators, etc. Sponsors must bring their own power supply and extension cords. For safety reasons and the amount of noise generators produce, generators are not allowed at all events. Prior approval by event coordinator is required in order to use a generator.
 
DECORATIONS:
All decorations must be tasteful and reflect the theme of each individual event. Decorations in all tents that are not used for cooking, shall be limited to combustible decorations on 10 percent of walls and ceilings unless treated with flame retardant criteria of NFPA 701.(IFC 2404.2) Decorations must be within boundaries of allotted booth space. The ground, pavement, walls, poles, etc., surrounding booth space must not be damaged or defaced in any way. If vendor damages any event property, in any way (nails, staples, paint, etc.), vendor agrees to pay damages therein. 

 

Application Process: Applications are reviewed and evaluated based on the criteria as outlined above.  Applications will be reviewed and confirmed within 5 business days from submission.

This application is for individuals, non-profits, commercial businesses, clubs, and scout groups applying to enter a a Walking ONLY unit in the parade. 
 
Applications are reviewed in the order received. Please note that the City of Pearland reserves the right to approve or deny any parade entry applications. This parade is designed to entertain families and children and is not a commercial endeavor. 
 

This application for individuals, non-profits, commercial businesses, clubs, and scout groups applying to enter a Float, or Truck/Trailer, unit in the parade.  Applications are reviewed in the order received, on a first come first serve basis. Please note that the City of Pearland reserves the right to approve or deny any parade entry applications. This parade is designed to entertain families and children and is not a commercial endeavor.  

This application is for individuals, non-profits, commercial businesses, clubs, and scout groups applying to enter a vehicle only (individual or group) unit in the parade.  Applications are reviewed in the order received. Please note that the City of Pearland reserves the right to approve or deny any parade entry applications. This parade is designed to entertain families and children and is not a commercial endeavor.
