4th of July Artist & Crafter Vendor Application
Downtown Avalon Park Orlando

This application is for artists and crafters who create handmade items and are interested in being part of the Avalon Park 4th of July Celebration. Please note—applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed and juried.

If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to select and purchase your booth location. You’ll be required to enter a card on file when applying and again when booking your space.

Important Details:

• The event takes place outdoors in Downtown Avalon Park and is held rain or shine.

• Vendor spaces are 10x10 and include the space only. Please bring your own tent, table, and chairs.

• Booths with electricity are available in limited areas. If you require power, you must select a booth that includes it.

Booth Options (Selected After Approval):

• Green: Premium Booth with Electric – $125

• Yellow: Standard Booth with Electric – $105

• Red: Premium Booth (No Power) – $75

• Purple: Standard Booth (No Power) – $55

Premium spaces are located in high-traffic areas and/or near entertainment zones.

This is the July 4th Food Vendor application. Applying does not guarantee space. Your application will be reviewed, and a select group of trucks will be approved. We do our best to rotate the trucks that are accepted to give new trucks an opportunity and to keep a good mix of food choices at each festival.   The standard Food Truck vendor fee is $100 ($106.60 after processing fees) Your card on file will only be charged if you are approved to attend the event.  Food Tents will be considered for this event.  Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. Welcome to the Teen Zone, an exciting area located on Sammy Way, designed specifically to engage and entertain teens! This space is filled with unique activations and activities that cater to the interests of a younger crowd, making it the perfect place to connect with this vibrant audience.

Vendors in the Teen Zone should align with the energetic and dynamic vibe of this area. When applying, please ensure that your booth or offerings are a good fit for this lively space. Approved vendors will be required to select a booth within the Teen Zone.

Absolutely Avalon Food Tent Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a food tent vendor at 4th of July! Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Each application will be carefully reviewed, and a select group of vendors will be approved.

We work hard to ensure a rotating selection of vendors at each event to provide new opportunities and maintain a diverse mix of food options for our attendees.

Once approved, you will need to select your booth space. If you require power, please consider this when choosing your location, as personal generators are not permitted under any circumstances.

This application serves as an electronic agreement. By submitting it, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined above, validating this agreement electronically.

Downtown Avalon Park hosts community-wide festivals each year that attract thousands of people to join in on the fun! These festivals are incredible ways to market your business to all of Orlando. We have sponsorship levels of all ranges from $5,000-$250. We can also create a personalized sponsorship deck for your business. This is the performance request application for the 4th of July Celebration on July 4th, 2024. 

 

Avalon Park provides the stage, light, and sound. Groups will not be compensated for their performances. All special requests must be submitted 2 weeks before the date of the event. Filling out this form does not guarantee performance. DO NOT make any arrangements until notified that your group has been accepted in writing.
