Jackson Square Lavender Festival 2025

ARTISANS and Lavender Farms are invited for June 21, 2025 ONLY.Other events occur throughout the weekend, but not the artisan fair. You must make or grow the items you sell.  This is a JURIED SHOW. You will be rated on the following:  

1. Use of natural materials: clay, fiber, wood, metal, handblown glass, herbs, other food ingredients, etc.
2. Overall quality of workmanship. 
3. Overall creativity of your craft.
4. Completeness of this application with photos and links to your social accounts and website.
5. Marketability - Customer demand for your products.
6. Attractiveness of your booth (include a photo)

You will be notified by  March 1 if you are accepted or not. Please do not call or email about your status. PLEASE READ THE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW. Artisan vendors may sell only handmade items that were juried. We reserve the right to close booths that do not comply with requirements.

This festival celebrates local food, health and the environment. Therefore, we have some restrictions:  

• NO PLASTIC WATER BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED.
• Your Booth comes with 2 cases (24 bottles) of Festival Water at no additional cost. Suggested cost to public, $3 each. 
• ADDITIONAL APPROVED WATER will be available at a later date. Or, plan to bring extra water in ALUMINUM BOTTLES, not plastic bottles.
• FOOD PACKAGING - All food should be served in environmentally friendly packaging. No plastic bottles. No styrofoam.

• Fried oreos

NON-PROFIT APPLICATIONA limited number of nonprofit organizations may participate in Lavender Festival if they can provide a service to the event. In exchange your organization may wish to have a 10x10 booth, or exposure in our emails, website and social media communications. We can work with you to find what would benefit your organization.  Selling items? Use the BOUTIQUE application, NOT THIS ONE. We consider you a Boutique. Non-profits will receive 50% off the regular booth space. This application is for nonprofits wishing to SERVE the community and PROMOTE their organizations, but not sell items. We need help with the following: 

• Lead our recycing effort - staff recycling stations and take cans to the recycling center. 
• Staff the Information booth all day, and put up your banner inside it as well. 
• Provide volunteers for a clean-up crew at the end of the day.
• Provide a free children's activity, preferably relating to gardening, herbs, healthy foods, or healthy living. 
• Staff the Handicapped Parking Lot.

This application is for businesses interested in sponsoring the Jackson Square Lavender Festival, which attracted 25,000 people in 2024, from 70 zip codes across the southeast. Sponsors, please enter your contact information and confirm your email, and we will be in touch with you soon.

Two Stages

Each band plays 1 to 1.5 hours.

All musicians are paid. 

 

We have a limited number of musician spaces open for family friendly, G-rated, upbeat, positive music at Lavender Festival 2025. 

 

We are looking for quality, local musicians for two stages.

 

• Main Stage is under the big tent in Jackson Square. We offer professional sound at this stage.  
• Stage West is in front of the United Way Building on Broadway Ave. We have a small sound system in this location.
