The Dizzy Gypsy "Art Loves Beer Loves Art Tour" at Ironshield Brewing
Starts on Saturday, October 31st, 2020
Lawrenceville, Georgia, United States
About the event
Like peanut butter and jelly. Or Salt-N-Pepa! Nothing goes with art quite like beer. And art-lovers and beer-lovers are often one in the same. So out of this universal fact was born The Dizzy Gypsy "Art Loves Beer Loves Art" Tour, hosted by Lawrenceville's very own Ironshield Brewing. Featuring almost 35 works of art by 3 well-known local artists [Max Eve, Jodi Duke & John Saude], the Art Loves Beer Loves Art Tour showcases cool works in each of these artists' unique styles ranging from tiny to giant, traditional to unusual [a painted guitar!], inexpensive to a little pricey [artists should always be paid!] and has something for everyone. Ironshield Brewing is brand new to Lawrenceville, having opened their doors July 11th of this year, and they have already made a giant impact on the local art and music scene with their support of all-things art. They even created a fabulous gallery wall in their large [plenty of space for social distancing] taproom that is perfect for pop-up art shows like this! So stay tuned for more excellent art to appear regularly at this cool new brewhaus. Drop by Ironshield at 457 N. Chestnut Street to see this groovy local art up close and maybe even meet the artists while having a delicious German-style beer OR view [and buy!] the art online in this virtual art show. Art [and beer!] make great gifts for yourself or others so we will ship your art anywhere you like just in time for the holidays. #GoArt! XOXO The Dizzy Gypsy

Artist: Max Eve
Max Eve, one of Dizzy Gypsy's original artists, works in many styles, mediums and subjects with focus on music, dreamscapes and pop culture. He is also a talented musician and sought-after chalk muralist. You can find him performing or see his large-scale artwork all over the metro-Atlanta area, especially in breweries like Monkey Wrench Brewing and Normaltown Brewing Co, proving our theory that ART and BEER GO TOGETHER!
