The International Festival welcomes artisans and retailers of all nationalities and backgrounds. Items for sale should be handmade by the artist or by artists from country represented, and should be representative of the culture. If items are not handmade, they should still be high-quality items representative of a culture for resale.
The International Festival welcomes artisans of all nationalities and backgrounds. This application is for food vendors only. If applying to become a food vendor for this festival, please ensure the following:
- Food vendors must meet local health and safety guidelines (e.g., food handling, permits)
- Vendors should ideally represent diverse international cultures or offer foods that fit with the festival’s celebration of global traditions.
- Preference for vendors offering authentic, culturally specific food.
- Vendors have the ability to meet the volume of attendees, including staffing and product quantity- estimating 2,000-3,000 patrons.
- Vendors possess adequate equipment, supplies, and personnel to manage large crowds.
- Willingness to set up and break down on time.
The International Festival welcomes cultural organizations and international groups booths that are celebrating a national heritage.
- Vendors should ideally represent diverse international cultures or offer products/services that fit with the festival’s celebration of global traditions.
- Booths must provide an activity or display artifacts or educational information that represents a specific country.
- All nationalities are welcome.
- Exhibitors applying that are not within these parameters will not be accepted.
- Vendors must have the ability to meet the volume of attendees, including staffing and product quantity- estimating 2,000-3,000 patrons.
- Vendors must possess adequate equipment, supplies, and personnel to manage large crowds.
