Event Details:? Date: May 10, 2025
? Location: Butler Green at Campus 805, Huntsville, AL
? Outdoor Event – Vendors must provide their own setup.
✅ No booth sharing. Each vendor must have their own approved space.
✅ No leaving early. Vendors who leave before the event ends will be fined $50 and prohibited from vending at future festivals.
✅ All products must be approved. No unauthorized sales of prohibited items.
- 10x10 tent
- Tables and chairs
- Display racks, product stands, or necessary setup for your business
- Weights to secure your tent (required, as this is an outdoor event)
- Signage and branding materials
- Setup begins 3 hours before the event start time. Vendors must be fully set up at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
- Vendors arriving late will forfeit their booth without a refund.
- Parking is available nearby. Details will be provided closer to the event.

Important Rules:
✅ No booth sharing. Each vendor must have their own approved space.
✅ No leaving early. Vendors who leave before the event ends will be fined $50 and prohibited from vending at future festivals.
✅ All mobile businesses must fit within their assigned space. Maximum allowed space is 25 feet, including trailers.
✅ Vendors must unhitch trailers from vehicles. Parking for tow vehicles will be available nearby.

- Signage and branding materials
- Weights or stabilizers for any tents or external displays
