Mental Health impacts 1 in 5 adults each year. Stigmas associated with mental health prevent many from getting the help and assistance that they need to better their health. Join us to help spread awareness about mental health and how self-care can impact overall wellness. There will be vendors from many facets of self-care to help educate the community about mental health as well as all that encompasses wellness and self-care. Let's work together to end the stigma of mental health! If you or someone you love is living with mental illnesses, please show your support by attending and learning more about mental health. There will be bracelets available at the fair for free so that those with mental health issues can see that they are not alone! You may not be ready to share your story but wearing the bracelets will help you proudly show others the mental health issues you are experiencing and help create a sense of belonging instead of disconnection. There are 8 varieties and more to come next year. With this event, we hope that more people will feel comfortable coming forward and getting the resources they need.
