About the event
HorseSensing is hosting our Hometown Fall Festival and Arts & Crafts Fair on October 11, 2025 from 10:00-4:00. Located on our beautiful horse farm in Shelbyville KY, we are excited to bring you a family fun event packed with arts & craft booths, food, fun and entertainment! We will have two pony ride areas so all the kids can get a turn! Froggy Radio will be broadcasting LIVE from 11:00-1:00 and is sure to bring in the crowd. Josh Bogard will be playing LIVE from 1:00-3:00 and is a hometown favorite musician. We will be raffling off a gorgeous Fiat 500X AWD! Please join us as we welcome Fall in the Bluegrass!

Welcome Vendors! Instructions for Arrival & Set-Up/Break-Down of Booths Call or text with any questions when you arrive: Sally 650-776-4313 Traci 502-592-7014 email if you still have questions after reading! drsallybroder@gmail.com You will enter at 270 Bagdad Road, Shelbyville, KY 40065. This entrance will be closed to cars once all vendors have arrived. Please arrive between 7:00 -9:00 AM. Public arrives at 10:00. You will be directed to your booth space, where you will unload your supplies. If you need help unloading anything, we will have people available when you arrive. You will then be directed where to park your car. Please be mindful of your 10X10 space so that your neighbor has enough space to set up as well. Spaces will be marked on the ground. Enjoy your day! Break-down starts at 4:00. Please complete your packing before going to get your car. Once your booth is packed, get your car and park temporarily on one side of the drive to load your car, keeping one lane open, and then the driveway will be a one-way exit.

Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.Categories:Artists may apply in up to 3 categories. You must submit a separate application for each category.If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry .Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted.  Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal.

.Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

Nonprofits are welcome on a first come first serve basis. We ask that your booth does not, by its content or the booth person's actions, cause controversy or upset in any way. This is a laid back vibe kind of day so please keep that mood in mind. Thank you!

We are serving lunch so we are not allowing food trucks with main meals. If you have a specialty food truck, ice cream, gelato, lemonade etc, please feel free to apply. It is a flat fee of $100 for the day.

Terms & Conditions
Since this event is on a horse farm you will want to wear shoes that protect your feet. Remember that the horses are beautiful and friendly but any horse can bite you if you put your hand in their face. Follow the instructions of the parking staff to go to where they direct you.
