Terms and Conditions for Hometown Holidays 1. General Information 1.1. Event Details: Hometown Holidays will be held on Friday, Dec 6, 2024 at City Hall. 1.2. Organizer: This event is organized by the City of Mansfield. 2. Admission is FREE 3. Tickets are not needed for this event 4. Code of Conduct 4.1. Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and staff. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the event. 4.2. Prohibited Items: The following items are not allowed: alcohol, fireworks 4.3. Substance Use: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Attendees found in violation will be removed from the event and may face legal action. 5. Safety and Security 5.1. Security Checks: Security will be throughout the festival. Please cooperate with the Mansfield Police department. 5.2. Emergency Procedures: Emergency procedures will be communicated during the event. Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and emergency personnel. 6. Liability 6.1. Personal Property: The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. 6.2. Injury: Attendees participate at their own risk. The festival is not liable for any injuries sustained during the event. 7. Photography and Recording 7.1. Media: By attending the festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the festival. 7.2. Personal Photography: Personal photography is allowed for non-commercial use.
