Be a part of Somerville's Winter Village! We're excited to invite vendors to showcase and sell their products at Somerville's first-ever indoor holiday pop-up market.
The village will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
THIS APPLICATION IS FOR JANUARY WEEKENDS ONLY. 1/4, 1/5, 1/11, 1/12, 1/18 & 1/19. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH INTEREST FOR THIS EXTENDED TIMING, THE POP UP WILL CLOSE ON DECEMBER 29th. ANY APPLICATION FEES SUBMITTED FOR JANUARY WILL BE REFUNDED.
Updated Commitment for Pop-Up Shop
Please note that the pop-up shop commitment has been changed from a week to just one day. We understand the importance of flexibility, and this change is made to better meet the needs of both participants and the event. We're excited about this new format and look forward to having you be part of it!
This pop-up has limited vendor spots available. To be chosen, your business must meet the following requirements:
- Must not sell food, packaged or otherwise.
- Products must be high quality and handmade. We will not be accepting any resellers or drop-shippers.
- Must not conflict directly with established Downtown Somerville businesses.
- Vendors will be required to handle their own sales, marketing, and maintaining their booth space.
- Vendors must be willing to submit to a background check
- All approved vendors are required to submit a Certificate of Insurance (see terms & conditions below)
The DSA team will select vendors that offer complimentary shopping in the downtown district and will not conflict in any way with established retail in Somerville. Space fees are non-negotiable and will be submitted in accordance with terms and conditions.
