About the event
For the past 22 years the year round studios at the Shirt Factory have come together with crafters and makers from the area to create a handmade Holiday Market. This will be three days of open studios and guest vendors to help you find unique gifts with heart, just after Thanksgiving. Two weeks later, for those who like to think things through, there's a two day, second chance, where you will again find open studios throughout and guest vendors!

Parking instructions
There is parking lots at 19 Cooper Street and 73 Lawrence Street. The handicap accessible ramp and entrance is located at 73 Lawrence Street. These lots fill up fast, there is additional parking on the street. Please Do Not park in or block our neighbors driveways or parking lots.
Event highlights
Shopper's Advantage
During the Holiday Open House and Second Chance Open House, all customers have a chance to win a gift basket each day valued around $300. When done shopping, take your receipts from the building to the 3rd floor where they will be totaled. Every $25 earns a raffle ticket. Each day there is a basket of items donated by tenants and vendors to make your holiday shopping a little sweeter!
