Hernando Dickens of a Christmas

Step back in time to the Victorian Era at Hernando Dickens of a Christmas with a Hernando Farmers Market Christmas Market, all-day performances on the Mobile Shell stage, Victorian characters, Santa photos, carriage and trolley rides, ice skating, a high tea, holiday craft and family activities and so much more! This event runs in conjunction with the Hernando Main Street Chamber of Commerce Christmas Open House. The weekend commences with the Chamber of Commerce Christmas tree lighting, story time with the mayor and a movie on the courthouse lawn on Friday night. Hernando Dickens of a Christmas is a family friendly event with activities for everyone. History enthusiasts will enjoy learning about Hernando during the Victorian Era and experiencing it through period clothing, storytelling, trolley and carriage tours, cemetery ghost tours and activities.
