Vendor Application Guide – York Street Project: Community Resource Day

Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming Community Resource Day, hosted by The Jack & Ronnie McGreevey Civic Association, to serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This event is focused on connecting our most vulnerable neighbors with vital services, support, and resources.

Please read the following information carefully before submitting your application:

 General Information:

  • Date & Time: April 24, 2025

  • Location: 1:30 pm

  • Vendor Arrival: Vendors must arrive at least 1 hour prior to the event start time for setup.

  • Parking: Street parking is available; please plan accordingly.

Accepted Vendor Categories:

We welcome vendors with direct experience serving individuals experiencing homelessness in New Jersey. Categories may include, but are not limited to:

  • Health & Wellness Services (e.g., medical, dental, mental health)

  • Substance Use & Recovery Resources

  • Housing Assistance Programs

  • Employment & Workforce Development

  • Legal Aid & Reentry Support

  • Clothing & Hygiene Product Distribution

  • Food & Nutrition Services

  • Faith-Based & Community Support Organizations
