Helen on the River, here we come!
Robin Roberts Promotions is excited to bring the Helen's Seafood & Music Festival on the Chattahoochee River to Helen on June 20 - 22, 2025. Join us at Riverside Park along the Chattahoochee River with the downtown pavilion. The Park sits in the trendy grassy area. It is a beautiful location for a seafood, music, and crafts festival.
Food vendors from around the Southeast and beyond will join us for this three-day festival, where the many visitors will enjoy fresh seafood dishes of all kinds, as well as other cuisines for the non-seafood lovers. There will be something for everyone. Festival visitors will also be able to listen to nationally and regionally known live music and enjoy juried handmade arts and crafts from artisans throughout the country.
Helen is a mecca for those who wish to enjoy a vibrant, urban area that has an endless variety of nearby outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, climbing, fishing, and golf. Helen is the perfect location for a family-friendly show. So visitors of all ages are welcomed to come out and join us!

You must submit a separate application for each category.If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted. Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. In Helen 2025, we are only accepting 12 prime vendors for this show. Your deposit is $500.00. This is done on a first-come first-serve basis. All shows in 2025 will be limited to 12 prime vendors only.
Note: WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show.
There is no electric in this park so everyone must use generator.
All payments must be made through Eventeny.

There are no refunds or monies moved. All fees are paid through eventeny.
Terms & Conditions
Thank you for joining us. As we prepare for 2025, there are some things that you need to be aware of.
WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show.
Electric is charged per plug. So keep that in mind when filling out the application for electric.
All vendors must pay the $30 application fee.
ALL vendor booths will be on the grass with weights attached to each tent leg or staked into the ground.
No music playing in your booth during the show.
No alcohol beverages in your booth during the show.
No sub leasing of your space.
Artist/vendor must be present at the show all days.
Weather permitting, vendors will be allowed to drive to their spot, unload quickly, and move their vehicle out of the park.
There is back space behind or beside your booth for rent and it needs to be applied for in your application. No space behind you or beside is included unless you pay for it.
Vendors should run on a generator since there is very limited electrical service.
