We are accepting applications from food truck vendors offering fast, easy-to-carry food for event attendees. All vendors must meet the following requirements:

• Category Descriptions: We are looking for vendors who can provide convenient, portable meals, snacks, or beverages that attendees can enjoy while walking around the event. The focus is on offering a variety of quick-serve options, including typical fast food choices that can be easily carried.

 

• Food trucks up to 24 feet in length - $250
• Food trailers up to 20 feet in length - $250
• Veteran discounts of 25% available - email us to get this discount

 

**ALL FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A COI, AND THE NECESSARY CERTIFICATES FROM THE FL DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH**

We are excited to invite non-food vendors to participate in the Car Show for Veterans Fundraiser, hosted by Hearts and Homes for Veterans on March 22, 2025, at the German American Club. This event will raise critical funds to support veterans in need while showcasing a variety of local businesses.

As a non-food vendor, you will have the opportunity to engage with event attendees by promoting and selling your products or services. We are accepting applications for vendors offering crafts, merchandise, informational booths, and more. Whether you are a veteran-owned business or a local entrepreneur, we welcome your participation in this community-focused event.
