Vendors must have permits and licenses as required by law and adhere to all standard safety procedures. Items being sold must be handmade, or hand crafted such as art mediums, jewelry, candles, soaps, crafted items, carvings, metal work and handmade goods . NO COMMERCIALLY purchased items may be sold. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tables, tents, etc. Event officials reserve the right to refuse the display/sale of any item that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise not
in keeping with the family atmosphere of the festival. No political materials or decorations are allowed. Electricity is limited and must be requested and paid for at the time of application. Each booth granted electricity will be allowed an outlet and must provide own 100-foot heavy-duty outdoor UL approved extension cord. Vendors cooking food onsite must have tents made fire retardant materials. Vendor must recapture any wastewater, cooking materials and all personal trash. You will be responsible for site cleanup at the time of the event closure and vendors must carry boxes and packing materials with them. Tents and equipment must remain inside the rented booth space. Sidewalks must be kept clear for shoppers and vendors may not set up chairs, boxes or other items on the sidewalks. No pets are allowed. Vendors must remain in place until 4:00 unless otherwise advised by the Event Coordinator. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to advertising and logistic expenses incurred by Havana Main Street.
