ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A TOWN OF HILTON HEAD ISLAND BUSINESS LICENSE. IF PHYSICALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN - PROVIDE TO HHI LICENSE NUMBER ON THE APPLICATION  IF THE BUSINESS IS NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN THE EVENT LICENSE IS $5.00 (THIS MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION)   Vendors shall not break down space prior to the end of the event. When leaving your space it MUST be clean of all trash.
