The Grow Downtown program - presented by DTSB - allows individuals and businesses to get involved and take pride in their community. Individuals can purchase hanging flower baskets or plantings adding beauty to the streets of downtown South Bend. Each flower arrangement adds color, vitality, and beauty to the downtown area. The arrangements represent, memorialize, or honor community members while helping downtown grow.
