Global Fest 2025

Thank you for your interest in the City of Aurora's Global Fest event! 

Please note that in order to feature a variety of food and cultures at this interantional themed festival, we may not accept all vendors who apply. WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING DESSERT VENDORS AS WE HAVE REACHED OUR CAPACITY IN THAT CATEGORY.

Expected attendance is 8,000+ 

All food vendors must be licensed by Arapahoe County and have the appropriate City of Aurora Tax License.

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION PLEASE GATHER THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS-

Food Trucks and Trailers-

-Arapahoe County Mobile Food Vendor License 

-City of Aurora Mobile Food Vendor Tax License
-Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Aurora as additionally insured (see below for COI requirements)
-Proof of Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Comp Waiver (see below for more information)

Tented food booths that do not have a mobile food vendor license-

-Arapahoe County Special Event Food Vendor License

-City of Aurora Business license (commissary kitchen, bakery, snack vendor etc).

-Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Aurora as additionally insured (see below for COI requirements)
-Proof of Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Comp Waiver (see below for more information)

Food trucks and trailers can obtain an Arapahoe County Mobile Food Vendor License- https://files.arapahoeco.gov/your_county/county_departments/public_health_department/health_protection___response/environmental_health/food/food_trucks_and_push_carts.php

Tented booth food vendors can obtain an Araphoe County Special Event Food Vendor License- https://files.arapahoeco.gov/your_county/county_departments/public_health_department/health_protection___response/environmental_health/food/special_food_events.php

City of Aurora Tax Licenses are availble at-

 An optional virtual vendor orientation will be held prior to the event. A meeting link will be sent out to all approved vendors prior to the meeting date. We highly encourage all approved vendors to attend this meeting as we will cover important event information at this time.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPACE IS LIMITED AND PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO VENDORS SELLING HANDCRAFTED/CULTURAL GOODS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO INDEPENDENT AND LOCALLY OWNED BUSINESSES AND NON-PROFITS THAT PROVIDE RESOURCES AND SERVICES TO THE AURORA/DENVER METRO AREA.

Before submitting your application please gather the following documentation-

-Proof of non-profit status if applying for discounted pricing
