Welcome to the GDEX 2024 Exhibitor Application! Thank you for your interest in volunteering with GDEX! GDEX would not exist without all the amazing people who help make it run throughout the weekend. Volunteers will be expected to have all day availability (8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) for one of these date blocks (but preferably two): Thursday, October 25th Friday, October 26th Saturday, October 27th Sunday, October 28th *The availability is for scheduling purposes only, not to work the entire time. Shifts will not be back to back unless it is preferred.

Welcome to the GDEX 2024 Speaker Application!  Do you have something you're really passionate about you want to bring to GDEX? Applications are handled on a rolling basis, so we will look over them as they come in on a weekly basis and approve, decline, or hold for a later decision. Applications can be Accepted, put On Hold, or Rejected at any time for any reason. 

 
Please make sure that your talk description contains all the information necessary for us to approve the talk and the information you provide will be what's included on the app for guests to see, so please check it over for spelling and grammar as this is what will be transferred over to the system for guests to see.

Every year the GDEX Press Program seeks to bring the best press agencies, streamers, and content creators to GDEX to promote both the show and all the great work exhibiting.
