Fall Carnival event at CaroMont Health Park featuring free inflatables, carnival games, face painting, balloon twisting, costume contest, and a pumpkin patch and decorating station courtesy of City of Gastonia Arts Committee. The Costume contest begins at 5:00 PM with age group 0-2. Age groups will be one after the other. The age groups are: 0-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-14. All participants will receive a Bubba's 33 coupon. First, second, and third place prizes are also available for each age group. 3rd place prizes are a $10 gift card to Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, 2nd place prizes are a $25 visa gift card, and 1st place prizes are a $50 gift card to Kate’s Skating Rink. Thank you to Bubba’s 33, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, ISI Belmont, and Kate’s Skating Rink for your contributions! Concessions will be open and alcohol will be available. No outside food or beverage is allowed inside of the park. Please keep in mind that the stadium is cashless. The Partnership for Children of Lincoln and Gaston Counties will be at the event giving away free books to the children in attendance. Girl Scouts Carolina Peaks to Piedmont will be handing out Girl Scouts information and have games and prizes at their booth.
