2025 Garibaldi Festival

This application is for artisan vendors only.

 

Application opens: Friday, February 7th

Application deadline: Friday, March 14th, 5:00 PM

Applications will be reviewed and applicants will be notified about their status within one week of the submission deadline.

 

To be considered as an artisan vendor at the 2025 Garibaldi Festival please complete the application. Vendor space is limited. Our goal is to bring local vendors to the forefront to provide a unique community-oriented experience by ensuring variety.

 

Artisan vendors are allowed to sell handmade art and craft goods only. MLM's or product resellers will not be accepted as vendors. 

 

Examples of allowed items in this category include, but are not limited to: 

• handmade wreaths
• jewelry
• embroidered items
• paintings
• woodwork items
• metal art
• glass art
• bath and body products
• face painting
• vinyl decals
• pet treats
• pet accessories
• packaged/canned baked goods or food items

This application is for food vendors/food trucks only. Food/drink vendors include those selling entrées/meals, snack foods, desserts, and/or nonalcoholic beverages. This does not include canned, baked, and/or packaged goods. If you are selling any of the above, please complete the artisan vendor application. 

 

Submission of an application does not guarantee participation at the event. Vendor space is limited.

Volunteers to assist attendees interested in writing a letter to US service members.

Volunteers will welcome visitors, and provide information on Garibaldi Festival as well as upcoming events.

Volunteers will assist with vendor check in by checking in vendors, directing vendors to their assigned booth space, and helping vendors unload equipment.

Beverage sales volunteers will be responsible for taking patron's drink orders and handling the transaction for the order on a Square terminal. Beverage picker volunteers will be responsible for pulling the patron orders as called out to them by their assigned sales volunteer, opening the beverage, and passing it forward to the patron or sales volunteer. Volunteers will need to check patron IDs at the beverage sales tent to make sure the IDs are valid and the person is of the appropriate age (21+) to purchase alcohol.
