Exhibitor booths are designated for companies, organizations, and individuals that are looking to get in front of thousands of kids and their families to sell or promote their products and services.

Non-profit exhibitor booths are designated for 501(c)(3) organizations that looking to get in front of thousands of kids and their families to sell or promote their products and services. 

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting this option, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

The Artist Alley area is designated for artists, writers, and other content creators.

This is an electronic agreement and by selecting an artist table, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Video game, comics, STEM, and pop culture influencers apply here to join us for FREE! YouTubers, Twitch streamers, and other content creators will be featured at the event. If approved, you will be provided with 2 non-transferable badges, one for you and one for a friend/family member. 

Event expectations vary by popularity and fit. Your participation may include, but not limited to, meet and greets, on-stage roles, rising star table, etc. The expectation is that you are available to provide content and meet guests for 4 hours per day on both Saturday and Sunday. Details will be shared with you prior to the event.

Pipe and drape, tables and chairs, and other necessities will be provided to you at no charge as needed. You are permitted to sell your own merchandise. You may bring your own backdrop and table linens.

Video game, comics, STEM, and pop culture educators apply here to join us for FREE! Teachers will be featured on our Educator Stage. If approved, you will be provided with 2 non-transferable badges, one for you and one for a friend/family member. 

Your event participation will be an on-stage role for at least one 20-minute presentation or workshop per day for both Saturday and Sunday.

Indie game developers apply here to join us for FREE! If approved, you will be provided with a space located in Dev Row.

Dev Row spaces are a minimum of 6’ wide and 6’ deep. Each space includes 1 table, 2 chairs, and 2 non-transferrable badges (additional badges are available for $47). You are permitted to sell your own merchandise. You may bring your own backdrop and table linens.

The expectation is that you are available to provide content and meet guests during all show hours (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) on both Saturday and Sunday, with the exception of lunch and snack breaks.
