After skin prep, please report to the designated celebrity signature tattoo queue line. Step 2: Talent Signing - The Talent will autograph on a pre-designated area of the fan. Fandom Tattoo Package (with Photo Op) A unique celebrity tattoo experience where fans can participate in a once in a lifetime event. The package includes a Tattoo of a character/icon/image associated with a celebrity IP, a Photo Op and Video of the experience.
