We're doing some revamping and will be back live soon!   Fargo PopExpo will be the weekend BEFORE EASTER this year, April 12-13, 2025 and NOT the weekend after. We were able to make it work with our location and are still getting other things straightened out but the weekend after has been Minot’s weekend and it’s also C2E2 so we’d rather not make vendors, guests and attendees choose!   CATHERINE BACH is CONFIRMED!!!!   Fargo PopExpo layout will change a bit as well.. cars will be in the back along the garage door area and motorcycles will be along the pylons in order to spread it out and make it easier to manage guests nearby! The large are we had this year for gaming will still be available but we are dividing the space into DOUBLE DEEP booths so ANYONE can rent the space (priced at 1.5x a normal booth but 2X the space!) if you want a LARGE setup!   We added more booths in and put the artist alley down the middle, with guests near the cars at the top… check the layout for more details! And of course, contact us for placement.   With all shows, your booths booked are set but we do have to reserve the right to shift something if needed.. but we will maintain your wants as much as possible and surpass it if we do shift a bit!   You do have to choose your space AND PAY FOR IT before your application will be considered!   Fargo PopExpo Pricing There is NO RESTRICTION on number of booths that can be booked! If you want a huge setup, we will accommodate! We DO have areas not available including in purple and Artist Alley 8’ spaces as well as charities.. but otherwise, go for it!   ***There will be NO Pipe and Drape behind Artist alley or between booths except for the pylon area! Many had their own backdrops to setup and it will significantly reduce our workload and expense (and most shows do not provide it). If you absolutely want it and have no backdrop yourself, contact us and we can give you and estimate but it would be an additional charge!                         You MUST go on our Eventeny site to sign up! When signing up, request the space you would like (map is in documents!!). We will inform you that you have it. We do reserve the right to shuffle if needed due to outside concerns but do not anticipate it!
