INDEMNIFICATION:
By participating in the festival, all vendors shall be individually and severally responsible to Calera Main Street, City of Calera, and the staff and volunteers for any loss, personal injury, deaths, and/or any other damage that may occur as a result of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents, or employees. All vendors hereby agree to indemnify and hold the owners of the Calera Courtyard property, 
Calera Main Street, and its employees or volunteers harmless from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses (including attorney’s fees), suffered or incurred by reason of the vendor’s negligence or that of its servants, agents, or employees. 
APPLICANT STATEMENT:
I agree to abide by the Information, Terms, Conditions, Guidelines & General Release of the First Friday Festival, and to obtain all applicable permits and licenses. I further agree to not hold Calera Main Street First Friday, The City of Calera, or any related entities, responsible for any damages arising out of the sales of my products.

Join us in making First Friday a fun and successful event for the community! Volunteers will assist with a variety of tasks, including helping in the kids' area, picking up trash, setting up and packing up event spaces, assisting with parking, managing barricades, and checking in vendors. Whether you're looking to lend a hand for a few hours or the whole evening, your help is greatly appreciated in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all!
