Family Night Vendor Application – March 28, 2025

This is the vendor application for Family Night at Avalon Park Wesley Chapel on March 28, 2025. Applying does not guarantee a space. All applications will be reviewed, and preference will be given to vendors that align with the family-friendly nature of the event.

NO FOOD TRUCKS will be approved for this event, as we encourage attendees to support local restaurants. Vendors selling baked goods, packaged snacks, and other homemade items are welcome to apply.

This is an application only. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email prompting you to select your booth.

Vendor booths are 10x10 and are the location only, you will need to bring your tables, tent, and chairs. 

All Booth spaces will be $25. 

Join us for Family Fun Night & Movie Night every 4th Friday and showcase your business to local families in a fun, community-driven setting! While this event is more intimate than our large-scale festivals, it’s a fantastic opportunity to engage with the Wesley Chapel community and build brand awareness. We offer sponsorship levels ranging from $250 to $1,000, allowing businesses of all sizes to get involved.
