All food vendors must have be licensed by Arapahoe County and have a City of Aurora Tax License.
Before submitting your application please gather the following documentation-
-City of Aurora Tax License
-Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Aurora as additionally insured (see below for COI requirements)
-Proof of Workers Comp Insurance or Workers Comp Waiver (see below fore more information)

An optional virtual vendor orientation will be held on Wednesday, October 15 at 12pm. A meeting link will be sent out to all approved vendors prior to the meeting date. We highly encourage all approved vendors to attend this meeting as we will cover important event information at this time.

A Certificate of Insurance may be required depending on type of merchandise being sold. If requested, a COI must be submitted by Friday, October10 or your booth space will be forfeit and no refund will be issued. The COI must list the City of Aurora as a certificate holder. See sample COI in the documents and files section for additional information.
