Terms & Conditions Fabric of Art Vendor Terms and Conditions We are excited to partner with you. By participating as a vendor, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility and Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of food and goods. Insurance: All vendors are required to carry their own liability insurance and, upon request, must provide proof to the Fabric of Art organizers. The vendor shall indemnify Bonfire ATL, Atlanta Indie Market, and Ais York against all liabilities, claims, and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms and conditions. Fees and Payments: Vendors are responsible for all fees associated with their participation in the event, which will be outlined in their acceptance letter. All fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows. Setup and Operations: Vendors are responsible for their own setup. For this event, art vendors are able to exhibit their work as well as sell product. Vendors are encouraged to come see the space to have an idea of how of set up and flow for the event. Vendors must adhere to the set-up and breakdown times provided by the organizers. All vendors are expected to maintain their area in a clean, safe, and professional manner at all times. Product and Pricing: Vendors agree to offer only the items approved by Fabric of Art and to maintain reasonable prices to encourage customer purchases and satisfaction. Vendors must clearly display prices for all items. Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, providing courteous service to all customers and fellow vendors. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Cancellation Policy: Vendors must notify the Fabric of Art organizers of any cancellation at least one (3) days prior to the event. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from future events. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Fabric of Art organizers (e.g., weather, natural disaster), the event may be postponed or canceled. In such cases, vendors will be notified as soon as possible. Amendments: Fabric of Art reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and will be bound by the revised terms. Agreement: By applying for and participating in Fabric of Art, vendors agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by the organizers.
