Our selection committee will carefully review each application to ensure that all vendors align with the theme of the Expo. Only those who meet our specific criteria will be approved. We are looking for businesses that specialize in hunting, fishing, outdoor gear, wildlife art, conservation, animal education, and more.

Important: All approved vendors are required to participate for the entire duration of the event on both days. Setup must be completed prior to opening, and booths must remain open and active for both days of the event.

Please Note: White tents will be provided for all vendors. No logo tents or branded tents are allowed for this event—no exceptions.

Also, please note that there may be other vendors selling things similar to what you have. We cannot guarentee that you will be the only vendor selling your type of product.

We are looking for snack/fair like food for this event. We have resturaunts on site and we can only allow a few food trucks (which have already been privately selected). 

If you sell grab and go food, snacks, sweets and treats, and festival themed food, this application is for you! 

NO outside alchohol vendors allowed on site.  Please do not apply.
