About the event
Emotional Intelligence (EI) equips homeless shelter staff, case managers and others with the skills to understand and manage emotions in themselves and their clients. This, in turn, improves decision-making, client relationships, and overall job effectiveness.
This event is free and open to anyone working to prevent homelessness. Seats are limited so reserve your as soon as possible.
