Non-Profit Vendor Space Application Thank you for your interest in applying for a Non-Profit vendor space at our 2025 Duluth-Superior Pride Festival at Bayfront Park. 
 Application Instructions

1. Fill out this application completely.
2. Download the attached MN ST-19 form and upload into this application.
3. Submit when complete.
4. Uploading pictures is optional.

Vetting Process

1. Once your application is complete our vendor coordinator will review.
2. Once approved you will receive an email with a QR scan code. Show this code at the gate for admittance during set up times.
3. If our vendor roster is full, you may be put on a waitlist as we review our options and space.
4. If your application is denied you will receive an email with an explanation as to why.

Payment Options

1. Payment is due on application submission via credit card.
2. Your card will only be charged if your application is approved

Food Vendor Application Thank you for your interest in applying to become a food vendor at our 2025 Duluth-Superior Pride Festival at Bayfront Park.  Application Instructions

1. Fill out this application.
2. Download and attach the MN ST-19 form to this application.
3. Upload your Food License issued by the MN Department of Health or Agriculture or license/certificate from your regulating entity (i.e. Cottage Food Grower, etc.)
4. Upload Proof of Liability Insurance.
5. Submit your application once it is complete.
6. Uploading pictures is optional.

Volunteer Application for Duluth-Superior Pride Events including: Duluth-Superior Pride Festival at Bayfront Park: Mayors' Reception & Foo Foo Choo Choo at The Depot. Volunteer Option for Mayors Reception Thursday: -Clean up Volunteer Options for Saturday at Bayfront : -Set up -Sales- tickets and merchandise -Pouring Beer (ages 21+) -Stage help -Misc help -Cleanup help Sunday

Main goal: $2,500 Due to sponsors backing away from DEI efforts and supporting events like Duluth-Superior Pride, we have created this fundrasing goal to close the gap! Thank you so much for all your support. This will help pay for the rental of Bayfront Festival Park, Stretch goal 1: $5,000 Duluth-Superior Pride has started making a Zine each year, which features poetry, art, and prose from local artists and community members. We'd like to be able to offer a stipend to the artists who participate in the Zine. If we meet this goal, the money raised will go towards printing and paying contributers, as well as continuing to pay for Bayfront Festivial expenses. Stretch goal 2: $7,500 Hire additional entertainment! Ideas include hiring a jazz band for the entrance, balloon animal creators, and other creators to float in spaces through Bayfront Festival park. If we meet this goal, money will go towards paying additional entertainment for the Bayfront event. Stretch goal 3: $10,000 Bring back the second stage! If we can raise this much money, we can rent a second stage again, and bring additional performances to Duluth-Superior Pride. The money raised will go to renting a second stage, sound equipment, and paying additional bands/musicians.
