Historic Downtown Bryan, Texas is home to an incredible community of artists & creators – making the area a recognized Texas Cultural District. The Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair celebrates our community's rich tradition of supporting the arts by allowing artists from across the area to showcase their works. Experience this free event during Texas A&M University's Family Weekend featuring live music, family-friendly activities, hands-on art demonstrations, shopping, education, and more!

Parking instructions
Free street parking is available in marked spaces outside street closure areas. The Roy Kelly Parking Garage also offers public parking for a small fee. The garage is located at 200 East 27th Street.
Accessible parking: Accessible parking is available in the lot next to Papa Perez.
Street Closures:
• 26th Street from Main Street to Parker Avenue
• Bryan Avenue from 27th Street to William J. Bryan

Plein Air Community Paint Out
During the Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair be sure to look out for artists participating in a Plein Air Community Paint Out, sponsored by Degallery and the Visual Art Society of Bryan-College Station! This is part of a larger, week-long event, "Degart International Art Event" from April 4-11, 2025. Witness a variety of artists painting or drawing the scenes of Historic Downtown Bryan in the lively atmosphere of the Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair!
