The initial deadline for Food Vendors is March 3, 2025. Please fill out this application completely, missing sections will require us to decline the application. If you have any questions, contact Brandi Ebner, DCFR Vendor Coordinator at brandi.ebner@deschutes.org or 541-585-7208. We jury food vendor applications carefully with our vendor team. Our focus will be on booths that have a professional appearance (trailers are idea), provide a diversity of food options for our fair-goers, and have experience in a fast-paced environment with events that have large attendance numbers. Due to this, we rarely approved food trucks as they do not have the capacity to handle our volume. The DCFR had nearly 175,000 attendees in 5 days, this requires food booths to have an efficient menu and kitchen area.
This application is neither an offer, nor guarantee of space. If you are applying for more than one stand/location, you must submit a separate application for each. All questions on this application must be answered completely. Be sure the information you give is accurate, as it will be the sole representation of your business for the selection process. Concession trailers are preferred and will receive preference. All food vendors must have a physically and visually enclosed kitchen and prep area and meet all Deschutes County Health Department regulations for food preparation. Fair Management will determine the location of your booth. Locations are subjected to change from year to year.
FEE: The fee is not due at this time. If approved, you will owe a $575.00 deposit which $450 of which will be applied to the 27% of gross sales that you will owe prior to leaving the fair. The remaining $125 is a fee for electrical hookup.
THIS APPLICATION IS ONLY TO BE USED IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE STANDS AND HAVE ALREADY FILLED OUT THE MAIN APPLICATION.
The initial deadline for Food Vendors Is March 5, 2025. We are still accepting applications for unique food/beverages that we do not have and still have room for. Please fill out this application completely, missing sections will require us to decline the application. If you have any questions, contact Brandi Ebner, DCFR Vendor Coordinator at brandi.ebner@deschutes.org or 541-585-7208.
