Application for Art Vendor Space at our Dania After Dark Blues & BBQ event! Welcome to the "Blues & BBQ" event application portal for art vendors! This event provides a wonderful platform for artisans and entrepreneurs to engage with the community, display their handcrafted goods, and be part of a cherished local tradition that celebrates the artistic and entrepreneurial spirit of Dania Beach. 

General Information: 

The Dania After Dark Blues & BBQ event will take place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 100 W Dania Beach Blvd. Vendors must supply all equipment needed, including tents, lights, tables, chairs, and electrical supplies (electricity will be provided, please provide needs).

Art vendors are welcome, but we will limit vendors per category to ensure a diverse and balanced offering. Please submit a list of items you will be selling on your application; edits may be requested to accommodate all vendors.

Who Should Apply:

We are seeking a variety of craft vendors and local businesses that can offer unique, high-quality, and handmade products to our attendees. Whether you specialize in handmade jewelry, artisanal crafts, local art, sustainable goods, or any other unique creations, we invite you to apply for a space at this esteemed community event.

Event Protocol:

1. Setup and Breakdown:

   • Setup begins at 2:00 PM and must be completed by 5:00 PM.
   • Breakdown starts after 9:30 PM. Early breakdown is prohibited and will result in exclusion from future events.
   • All vehicles must be removed by 5:00 PM.

2. Booth Requirements:

   • Tents must be 10' x 10' and weighted down; no stakes are allowed.
   • Vendors must keep their areas neat and clean, with proper disposal of garbage and boxes.
   • Only items listed and approved on the application can be sold.

Requirements:Applicants must comply with all local business regulations and have any necessary permits or licenses.Event Participation: Selected vendors are expected to provide a range of items showcasing their craftsmanship and to contribute to the event's atmosphere of diversity and creativity.

What We Provide:Location: A designated space for your stall or setup within the event area.Visibility: An opportunity to increase your brand’s visibility and connect with a wide audience.Support: Inclusion in event-related marketing and promotional efforts, driving attendees to the craft vendor area.
