Diversity Month: Global Feast Fest

This category is for food trucks, trailers and tents. NO PRE PACKAGED FOOD VENDORS. Electricity is not provided - generators are allowed with approval, vendor is responsible for complying to all Fire Marshal regulations and safety regarding generators.

Your application will be reviewed by City Staff and acceptance/denied emails will be sent out by May 9, 2025. If approved you will need to provide the following insurance...  

• Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Elk Grove as the certificate holder
• Separate Additional Endorsement Page (Must be a separate page listing the following as additional Insured: “The City of Elk Grove, its officials, employees, agents and volunteers”)

This category is specific to pre-packaged food vendors that will be doing NO on-site cooking or preparing. Example: Sealed cookies ready to go, packaging was packed and sealed off-site. Electricity is not provided - generators are allowed with approval, vendor is responsible for complying to all Fire Marshal regulations and safety regarding generators.

Please carefully review and select the appropriate category in which your organization or business falls into. You must ask for enough space to fully accommodate your display. Electricity will not be provided, no generators are allowed. No tables, chairs or pop-up tents will be provided. All booth spaces are outdoors with no shade coverage. Vendor is responsible for all booth needs, you must have tent weights for all corners of your tent.  

• Merchandise Vendor: This category is limited to individuals or businesses that sell culturally relevant products.
• Kids Activity Vendor: This category is limited to individuals that provide face painting, balloon twisting, or similar entertainment services for kids.
