EARLY BIRD SET UP: You may set up Thursday, March 6th from 3PM to 6PM
TIME: Friday, March 7th SET UP: 8 AM-10AM FAIR OPEN: 10 AM-5PM
Saturday, March 8th FAIR OPEN: 9 AM -5 PM
Sunday, March 9th FAIR OPEN: 9 AM - 2 PM BREAK DOWN: 2 PM TO 4 PM
CHOSE THE NUMBER OF BOOTHS YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED AFTER YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED. YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL ASKING YOU TO SELECT YOUR BOOTH SPACES
BOOTH FEE: $105.00 for a 10X10 booth on the aisle or $120.00 for a corner. Please note, corner booths are on a first come, first serve basis! Cancellations must be made by February 15th. If you cancel after the 15th, you will receive a refund only if the space can be rented to another vendor.
EACH VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SELF REPORTING THEIR SALES TAX.
The City of Monte Vista has a vendor fee of $5 for all vendors. Please fill out the attached document.

DEADLINE: Booths will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. The deadline to register for a booth is February 20th, 2025.
FOOD: There are a limited number of outdoor spaces for food vendors, but you must be self-contained.
