Comedy Night at the Park 2025

1. Ticket holders must check in at the gate before entering the amphitheater where a wristband will be issued and must be worn throughout the event as proof of ticket purchase. 2. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission electronically or via paper printout. 3. Tickets and processing fees are non-refundable. 4. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your ticket order. Ticket price does not include any credit card convenience fees or delivery fees. 5. Tickets cannot be exchanged or rescheduled. 6. Tickets are not to be duplicated to falsify entry. 7. The Town of Winchendon reserves the right to refuse entry. 8. This ticket has been created and managed using the Eventeny site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Eventeny. 9. As the Town of Winchendon is hosting this event, the Parks & Recreation Department is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets pending Eventeny. Proof of age will be required for any person who purchases or consumes alcohol. No person shall share purchases of alcohol with a minor. 11. Any person(s) who is noisy, drunk, threatening, or unruly, or who enters the stage or backstage area, will be asked to leave the premises. No refunds will be issued for dismissal. 12. Dogs are permitted only if they are on a leash (non-retractable) and are not a nuisance to others by barking, entering other attendees' space, etc. Owners must immediately clean up after their pets. Failure to control your pet will result in removal from the event with no refund. 13. The Town of Winchendon reserves all rights to film, photograph, and record video of this event. If a performer requests that no photos or video be taken, please honor their request. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund. 14. In the event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., act of God, war, riot, terrorism, fire, flood, theft, pandemic, regulations, etc.), the Town will not be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms and Conditions. A full refund will be issued upon written request for unused tickets within one month of the event. No refunds will be given after that period. Unused tickets may be applied to another concert within one calendar year (ticket holder must pay any price difference). 15. All concert tickets are void after twelve months from the date of the event. Voided tickets are non-refundable. 16. It is the ticket purchaser’s responsibility to confirm whether an event has been canceled or rescheduled. While we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of order, we do not guarantee notification. Ticket holders must follow all relevant laws, safety protocols, and Town of Winchendon regulations during the event. 19. The Town of Winchendon, including its staff, volunteers, performers, and production crew, is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
