This application includes vendors in categories such as clothing, jewelry, art, home décor, furniture, and other consumer goods that do not involve selling open food/beverages made here in Alaska. This application is NOT for food trucks, food-related vendors, restaurants, or other commercial businesses.  

 

Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce will not provide water or electricity. IMPORTANT: It is recommended that you bring dollies and other items to assist with the loading and unloading process. *Booth spaces are subject to change.* Please fill out the vendor application and wait for the approval. Upon receiving approval for your application, you will then be assigned your booth location, and your pay for your booth will be automatically charged. 

 

NOTE: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been paid for in full.  This is an electronic agreement; by paying the fee and submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

ARTISAN FOODS:
Vendors who sell food products they have personally prepared significantly changed the form or value but did not grow or raise the ingredients themselves. Items include baked goods, preserved foods, bread, pasta, jam, spreads, cider, syrups, salsas, smoked or canned meats or fish, dried fruit, flours, condiments, and oils. Artisan foods must be made from raw ingredients. The vendor must have taken part in personally baking, canning, or preserving the items in a permitted facility. Artisan Food Vendors must provide all the necessary documents per the State of Alaska.

Food Trucks Cost: $300 first 10ft space, and $150 per every extra 10ft space requested.

We will correct the amount to be charged, before we approve application.

 

This application includes vendors of food trucks and trailers and vendors needing cooking devices, such as charcoal/propane grills, wood-fired/ propane ovens, and deep fryers.

This application is NOT for artisan vendors, artisan foods, restaurants, or other commercial businesses.

NON-PROFIT:

We’re excited to work with non-profits like yours to bring value to our community. 

 

To participate, non-profits are required to provide the following:

A copy of your Tax-Exempt Status Letter
City of Palmer Business License

State of Alaska Business License
 

Please note that non-profits, unless they are members of the Great Palmer Chamber of Commerce, are responsible for covering the cost of their booth.

 

Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce will not provide water or electricity.

Please fill out the following application for the 2025 Colony Days Parade

Date of Event: June 14th @ 11am

 

  • Lighting: Floats must be adequately lit with festive lights to create a dazzling display.
  • Decorations: Use your creativity to design a float that captures the essence of our theme Grotto Lunker
  • Safety: Please ensure that all electrical connections are secure and that there are no hazards on the float.
