Big crowds need police for crowd control and EMTs on site to keep everyone safe. With no public restrooms onsite at this event, hungry and thirsty attendees are going to need to use the restroom. Sponsorship will guarantee attendees can use the restroom and wash their hands....and get back to the fun! Assist Gloucester Matthews Humane Society (GMHS) in the Beer Garden in tasks that enable them to sell and serve beer in order to raise money for their organization. Tasks also include monitoring and preventing overserving of alcohol, checking IDs for attendees.

Please stop by the Volunteer Check-in table to pick up your t-shirt, swag bag and meal ticket Waste management will be in charge of emptying trash cans, picking trash up off of the ground, managing pet waste and disposing waste in designated location. Equipment will be provided.

Please pick up your event t-shirt, safety vest, swag bag and meal ticket at the Volunteer Check-In table before your shift starts. You will be assigned your designated parking lot area and given color coded directional tools. Positions include general parking, sponsor/vendor parking, VIP parking and guide personnel.

Upon arrival, proceed to the volunteer headquarters in the building in the general parking area. Here you will pick up your t-shirt, swag bag and meal ticket. You will be assigned your list of vendors that you will be supporting, along with their contacts. You will check in with your vendors regularly throughout your shift to make sure that their needs are being met.

Upon arriving at the grounds, proceed to the volunteer check in area in the building located at the general parking area. This position will help all areas of volunteer assignments, based on no-shows, sick or otherwise absent volunteers. They will also assist in tasks that come up suddenly or unexpectedly.

Proceed to the volunteer check-in area upon arriving at the event to receive your t-shirt, swag bag and meal ticket. You will also be given the location of the water stations throughout the event and assigned a task to hand out water or keep tanks full.
