- Obtaining a Macon-Bibb County Health permit is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the vendor. You must submit your permit application to the Macon-Bibb Health Department according to their deadlines. Should you have Health Permit questions, please contact the Macon-Bibb Health Department at 478-749-0106.
- More information regarding dates for inspections will be sent once accepted. Tentatively, inspections will take place on March 17 and 18, 2025.
- If accepted for participation, the Health Department application will be emailed to you.
Fire Department
- The Fire Department has their own list of standards, and they will work with the Health Department during the inspections. The Fire Department’s general standards and rules will be sent once accepted.
Food Delivery
- Per the Health Department, food deliveries should occur no later than March 20, 2025 at 10:00am.
- During the Festival, all deliveries must be completed before gates open to guests. Moving vehicles are not allowed in CCP during Festival hours.
Load-Out
- All vendors must vacate the premises no later than Friday, April 5, 2025 at 5:00pm. Please remove all items and trash during your load out.
Power
- Metro Power Company will hookup power during setup. Dates will be sent once accepted. Metro Power charges for connections, and pricing sheets will be sent if the application is accepted for participation.
Food and Drink Sales
- You are only allowed to sell the items you include in this application. Any changes to the menu must be approved by the Festival.
- The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
Macon Coca-Cola Bottling Company’s agreement with the Cherry Blossom Festival requires all concessionaires to purchase and dispense sparkling and still beverages, including water, directly from the Macon Coca-Cola Bottling Company.
Pinkest Party On Earth! Pink Food
- Please consider creating or including a pink element into your menu. It will be fun to promote pink food items on social media and through our media partners.

- All vendors must present and maintain a clean and decorated unit throughout the Festival.
Trash
- All vendors must provide an adequate number of trash cans for garbage containment and keep the area around their facility clean.
Macon-Bibb County Solid Waste Department will remove trash daily from the premises. It is your responsibility to take your trash to the designated places for trash retrieval. These areas will be discussed and shown during check-in and setup.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
- Consumption of alcohol/drugs by any vendor, or its employees and/or volunteers is strictly prohibited during the Festival. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the Festival.
Camping
- On the application there is a section about RV Camping. A spot for RV Camping is $40 a night.
Insurance
- Vendor must provide proof of insurance through the issuance of a certificate of insurance and showing coverage and limits as specified below. Endorsements must be provided showing additional insured status has been granted. Certificates and Endorsements must be provided prior to the beginning of the Festival by March 1, 2025.
- Vendor shall maintain coverage as follows: (1) Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 aggregate, which should include coverage for: Personal Injury, Completed Operations, Independent Contractors, Liability assumed under “insured contract,” and Medical Payments and any necessary provisions regarding Vendor’s products or services; (2) Workers Compensation: Statutory Limits.
- The Insurance must provide the following: (1) Macon Georgia Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., together with its Board of Directors, Officers, Staff and Agents, must be added to the policy as additional insureds for General Liability Insurance by endorsement; (2) The certificate of insurance or endorsement must state that this insurance is primary and written on a non-contributory basis as to any other valid and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force.

The Cherry Blossom Festival creates welcoming events and programs for the entire Macon-Bibb and Middle Georgia community to enjoy. The Festival is proud to offer free admission to visiting organizations that provide support and resources to individuals with disabilities.
Organizations looking to visit the Festival at Carolyn Crayton Park with their residents or individuals in their care, please fill out the application below. In the application you can specify which day you would like to attend; these days are limited to opening Friday (March 21) and Monday-Thursday (March 24-27).
If you are a large facility or organization and need to attend on more than one day, you will need to fill out an additional application.
Applications are due by February 28, 2025.
If the application is approved, a Festival team member will reach out and confirm the date of attendance. You will also receive a PDF to ensure a smooth admission process on the day of attendance. The document will include number of guests attending, name of the onsite group supervisor, date of attendance, etc.

- Vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining a neat and attractive space.
- Vendors must be setup and ready by park opening each day and must end promptly at park closing hours.
- The booth must be staffed at all times. Booths cannot be removed before the end of the Festival. Vendors who do not apply with these regulations will not be invited back to participate.
- The Festival is responsible for the floor plan/vendor location.
- Vendors may not sublease their space. This includes renting, sharing, donating or allowing another person or business to advertise in the space.
Insurance
- Vendor must provide proof of insurance through the issuance of a certificate of insurance and showing coverage and limits as specified below. Endorsements must be provided showing additional insured status has been granted. Certificates and Endorsements must be provided prior to the beginning of the Festival by March 1, 2025.
- Vendor shall maintain coverage as follows: (1) Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 aggregate, which should include coverage for: Personal Injury, Completed Operations, Independent Contractors, Liability assumed under “insured contract,” and Medical Payments and any necessary provisions regarding Vendor’s products or services; (2) Workers Compensation: Statutory Limits.
- The Insurance must provide the following: (1) Macon Georgia Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc., together with its Board of Directors, Officers, Staff and Agents, must be added to the policy as additional insureds for General Liability Insurance by endorsement; (2) The certificate of insurance or endorsement must state that this insurance is primary and written on a non-contributory basis as to any other valid and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force.
- Macon Georgia Cherry Blossom Festival, Inc. reserves the right to modify these requirements at any time, including limits based on the nature of the risk, prior experience, insurer, coverage, or other special circumstances.
The Festival at Carolyn Crayton Park (CCP) is the entertainment hub of the International Cherry Blossom Festival. The Festival at CCP features 10-days of amusement rides, shows and attractions, nightly headliners, and crave-worthy food.
Community stage performances are unpaid. By filling out and initialing this application you state you understand there is no monetary compensation for your performance. Also, by filling out and initialing this application, you state you understand and will adhere to the rules set forth in the application.

- If selected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Date and Time of Performance
- Schedule of performance is at the discretion of the Cherry Blossom Festival.
Compensation
- All performances are unpaid.
Timeslots
- Your timeslot includes setup, performance, and breakdown. We ask all performers to be respectful of the time as we need to keep a tight schedule. A representative of the Cherry Blossom Festival will keep track of time and will alert you when you have five minutes left. If you go over time, your performance will be cut.
- To keep on schedule, please arrive early so you can setup on stage at the beginning of your time slot. Late arrivals will not receive additional time to perform. We will adhere strictly to the set schedule and times. If you arrive 15 minutes after the start of your timeslot, you will not be able to perform.
AV
- We work with a professional AV team to run sound and lighting. The AV team will provide equipment such as microphones, monitors, speakers, hookups, etc. We do not provide chairs, musical instruments, tables, etc. Please let us know additional stage needs, and we will try to accommodate as much as possible within limitations.

There is a non-refundable application fee of $25, and a 5% merchant fee will be applied.

- The deadline for applications is February 7, 2025, and it may close earlier once all spots are filled. Applicants will be notified if the application has been confirmed or denied no later than February 11, 2025.

General Overview
- Vendors must be setup and ready by park opening each day and must end promptly at park closing hours.
- The Festival is responsible for the floor plan/vendor location. If you have a special request for booth location, please list it in the application. We will make our best effort to accommodate, but location requests are not guaranteed.
- The setup must be staffed at all times. Setups cannot be removed before the end of the Festival. Vendors who do not apply with these regulations will not be invited back to participate.

Deposit
- The cost for retail vendor space is $10 per square foot. Once accepted, a $250 deposit is required to secure your space in the 2025 Festival at CCP. Deposit is due 10 days after the invoice is sent. The invoice will be sent electronically. You can pay by check or by card. Payment by card will incur a 5% merchant fee and can be paid via Square.
Final Payment for Space
- Final payment is due March 1, 2025. The invoice will be sent electronically two weeks before final due date which will include power fees, RV space and the remainder of the balance. You can pay by check or by card. Payment by card will incur a 5% merchant fee and can be paid via Square. Failure to make payment by March 1, 2025, may result in cancellation of our vendor space.
Power
- Power is not guaranteed. If you request and are granted power, there is a $50 fee for power. The only power offered inside is 120v.
- If you request power, you will need to bring an extension cord and tape to secure the cord to limit trip hazards. You are responsible for removing all tape during breakdown.
Presentation
- All vendors must present and maintain a clean and decorated unit throughout the Festival.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
- Consumption of alcohol/drugs by any vendor, or its employees and/or volunteers is strictly prohibited during the Festival. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the Festival.
Camping
- On the application there is a section about RV Camping. A spot for RV Camping is $40 a night. RV spots are not guaranteed.
Additional Information
- The festival does not provide vendors with tents, tables, chairs, or anything related to your setup.
- The Cherry Blossom Festival assigns booth locations. If the vendor moves locations without written permission from the Festival, the vendor will be asked to vacate.
