About the event
Chattanooga, here we come! Robin Roberts Promotions is excited to bring the Chattanooga Seafood Bash on the River to Tennessee on April 25 - 27, 2025. Join us at Ross's Landing along the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga. It is a beautiful location for a seafood, music, and crafts festival. Food vendors from around the Southeast and beyond will join us for this three-day festival, where the many visitors will enjoy fresh seafood dishes of all kinds, as well as other cuisines for the non-seafood lovers. There will be something for everyone. Festival visitors will also be able to listen to nationally and regionally known live music and enjoy juried handmade arts and crafts from artisans throughout the country. Chattanooga is a mecca for those who wish to enjoy a vibrant, urban area that has an endless variety of nearby outdoor activities, such as biking, hiking, climbing, fishing, and golf. Chattanooga is the perfect location for a family-friendly show. So visitors of all ages are welcomed to come out and join us!

Parking space for refrigerator trucks, food stock trucks and food re-stock trailers ONLY.  This means that you need to go to the truck or trailer multiple times per day.

 

Cost:  $20 per day per parking space.

 

This is in a parking lot close to all food vendors.

 

Parking space requests need to be registered with the city IN ADVANCE so all requests need to be made by Thursday, April 17, 2025 through Eventeny.  THEY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON SET-UP DAY OR DURING THE SHOW.

 

 

This is for electrical service for more than ONE plug for either 50 Amp or 110 Volt electric.  

 

If you are running a spider box, one plug will get you up to 50 Amps or 110 Volts.  If you need more than that, you need to purchase another 50 Amp or 110 Volt plug.

 

One 50 Amp circuit can run up to 240 volts, so plan accordingly.

 

We have an electrician on-site that will be monitoring usage.

 

Back space must be behind your booth ONLY.  There is no extra space beside your booth available.

You must submit a separate application for each category.  If you sell jewelry, you may apply in a category other than Jewelry if jewelry is less than 10% of your items for sale. Otherwise, you must apply in Jewelry. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale.  Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.  Fiber: Includes wearable and non-wearable. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.  Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as all cold working processes are permitted. Jewelry: Only those artists accepted in the jewelry category may display or sell jewelry. Items made from commercial parts may not be exhibited.  Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category.  Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.  Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.  Natural Materials: This includes basket weaving, chair caning, brooms, gourds, and other works made from materials found in nature.  Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed. Prints must be in limited editions, signed, and numbered.  Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium. Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed.  Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.

 Thank you for your interest in applying.  The crowd in 2024 was estimated to be about 80,000, and a great time was had by all.   As we prepare for 2025, there are some things that you need to be aware of.   WE DO NOT REFUND ANY MONIES FOR ANY REASON. Paid fees cannot be transferred to another show. All vendors must pay the $30 application fee. All SUB-PRIME booths will be on the grass with weights attached to each tent leg.  THERE IS NO STAKING OF ANY KIND. Weather permitting, vendors will be allowed to drive on the concrete pathways to their spot, unload quickly, and move their vehicle out of the park.

Welcome to the Chattanooga Seafood Bash On The River!!

 

Thank you for considering to be a volunteer during the Bash that will be held at Ross's Landing, Chattanooga Green, and Riverfront Parkway.  The hours are Friday, April 25 from 1:00 to 9:00 pm; Saturday, April 26 from 10:00 to 9:00 pm; and Sunday, April 10:00 to 5:00 pm.  Festival set-up days are Thursday, April 24 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday morning from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.   Our charity for 2025 is Folds of Honor, a wonderful organization that supports families of veterans and first responders.

The Chattanooga Seafood Bash celebrates our veterans with the Chattanooga March for Veterans!

 

You are a participant to this invitation-only event and will receive a meal in the Veterans VIP Tent on Friday, April 25 at 5:00 pm on the Chattanooga Green.  However, we need you to tell us your meal choice for each person attending. 

 

Note:  Everyone attending this invitation-only event must have a name badge, so be sure to provide the names of those attending to your organizer.   Each person attending needs to fill out this form with their choice of meal.

 

If you do not have a badge, you will not get your meal as meals will be delivered to your seat using your name badge. That is why you are filling out the meal choice below.

The menu choices are:

 

Fried Catfish with fries and hush puppies

Fried Shrimp with fries and hush puppies

Crawfish Boil with corn and potatoes

Shrimp Primavera with vegetables in a red sauce, fresh salad and garlic bread

Chicken Stir Fry with fried rice

 

Drinks are NOT provided.

Join us at the Chattanooga Seafood Bash On The River on Saturday, April 26, at 3:00 pm for a Crawfish Eating Contest sponsored by Wild Caught Seafood.  The non-refundable entry fee is $25. 

 

Here's how it will work:

 

Contestants will gather in front of the stage on the Chattanooga Green at 3:00 pm.  Each contestant will receive 5 pounds of boiled crawfish, along with potatoes, corn and sausage.  Whoever eats the most crawfish in five minutes wins the contest.  The winner will receive their entry fee back and a special t-shirt
