Welcome to the Brewery Vendor Application for the second Carolina Core Brews Fest that will be held Saturday, April 12th, 2025! Browse through our application and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by submitting an application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. Please note that to be eligible as a Brewery Vendor at the Carolina Core Brews Fest, your business is required to provide a minimum of three sixtels for purchase. Your business will earn up to $110 per sixtel, terms negotiable, with a maximum of being paid for 3 sixtels per brewery. 

 

Take note that while there is no application fee to apply for the position of Brewery Vendor at the Carolina Core Brewsfest, it is ESSENTIAL that your application receives approval via Eventeny to participate officially in this event. Without this approval, your business will not be considered as a Brewery Vendor for this event.

Please note that this event requires ALL vendors to participate for the entire duration of the event. Leaving early is not permitted.

 

Retail, Merchandise, & Art Vendor Rules & Regulations: 

  • Vendors will be housed outside
  • Vendor placement at the festival is on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Each vendor is allocated one (1) 10ft x 10ft space. Tables, chairs, and tents are NOT provided. Table linens are NOT included but highly recommended
