Camp Leavenworth 2025

Camp Leavenworth will occur September 26th & 27th at Leavenworth Landing Park in Leavenworth, KS. Accepted food vendors will be required to pay a vendor fee of 10% of sales to Camp Leavenworth.  If your power exceeds 20 AMPS, there is an additional fee for electricity. Local LV Food Trucks Vendor Fee: $125Non-Local Food Trucks Vendor Fee: $250 You must have a Leavenworth, KS current Mobile Food Vendor and Health permit or apply and receive a temporary permit to operate at the festival.
 
Please note this is an application ONLY.  Accepted vendors will be notified no later than September 1st. Once accepted to Camp Leavenworth, your credit card will be charged. Vendors are selected based on the variety of menus, the overall look of set up, and festival/event experience.
