Friday, November 8th - 10th, 2024 Downtown Buellton • Avenue of the Flags SCHEDULE: Friday, November 8th: 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. Saturday, November 9th: 12 p.m. - 10 p.m. Sunday, November 10th: 12 p.m. - 10 p.m. VENDOR INFORMATION: • Vendor Booths will be setup on pavement and grass. Please let us know if you prefer one of the other. • ALL VENDORS MUST STAY OPEN UNTIL SUNDOWN ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. You may stay open later if you'd like. - Overnight security guard will be onsite, but the Buellton Fall Festival is not responsible for items left on site. • Restaurants or food vendors must fill out a Temporary Food Facility Application for the County of Santa Barbara to participate (Email andres@enfuegoevents.com for more information). Download TFF application here: FEES: • Merchant Vendor Fee: Single space (10' x 10'): $500 Double space (20' x 10'): $700 Triple space (30' x 10'): $900 • Food Vendors / Food Trucks: $800 ATTN FOOD VENDORS! Food Vendors that joined us in 2023 will have first right of refusal. The Buellton Fall Festival will have no more than 2 competing food vendors on site and will separate those vendors. • NO SINGLE DAY VENDOR OPTIONS. • Non Profits and Local Brick and Mortar Business Discounted Rates Available. Email andres@enfuegoevents.com for more information. INSURANCE: • Insurance: Insurance will be required. Once you are approved we will send you the required insurance information. VENDOR SPACE: • Buellton Fall Festival will provide a 10' x 10' single space. Double (20 x 10) and triple spaces (30 x 10) available. • Tables, chairs and tents are not provided by the Buellton Fall Festival. They must be provided by each vendor. Tents must be no larger than 10' x 10'. • Vendors Booths will need to be weighted down with stakes or weights. • NO electricity available. - Generators are allowed BUT you must include that in the Special Requests section below. • NO political merchandise can be sold, nor can political campaigns be at the Buellton Fall Festival. • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE VENDOR APPLICATIONS.
