You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown information on Monday, October 13, 2025.  If you are a trailer, you must unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot. There is free parking for vendors on site.

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE APPROVE YOU. Payment is due at registration!

All vendors selling or offering to sell any other type of merchandise will complete a paper application and send payment to the Town Manager's office:  https://www.merrimacknh.gov/town-manager/pages/forms All completed vendor applications must be received by the dept at least 7 days prior to the event.
