:TERMS OF LEASE BtsEpoxyDesigns Christmas Craft Show DEC 6, 2025 Application Deadline: 5.15.25 postmark Setup Date & Hours: Saturday, December 6,2025 6:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m. Show Date & Hours: Saturday, December 6,2025 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Location: Columbia Central Area Schools Fitness Center Booth Rental Fees: $10 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE $55 per booth (100 sq. feet) 70 20x20 booth 200 sq feet Have a few electrical booths available those are on a first come bases $25 for electricity (MAXIMUM OF 600 Wattage; see #17 below) Contact person: Beth Snay 7343690024 or email BtsEpoxyDesigns@gmail.com we are accepting all types of vendors for more shopping experience. Btsepoxydeigns AGREES: 1. To promote the craft, show locally and advertise on Facebook and in Jackson renewed and Washtenaw County 2. To furnish contracted space, reserving the right to modify requests in the best interests of the show. 3. To notify crafters or vendors of their booth assignment by November 20th, 2025. 4. To nullify the lease agreement and refund rental fees in the event of natural disaster (fire, flood,) making it impossible to hold the BtsEpoxyDesigns Christmas Craft show 5. To notify crafters or vendors of acceptance or rejection by May 20th.2025 CRAFT SHOW EXHIBITORS AGREE: 1. That if it was crafted by a person that they are the exhibitor who is also required to be at the show in person. Non-compliance with this lease term could result in elimination of the crafter from the show or cancellation of their placement. 2. That their exhibits will be limited to what you told me you sell If you wish to add an item after applying submit additional photographs and a detailed description of the item no later than May 20th, 2025, for evaluation. 3. That there will be no increase in product line prices on December 6,2025 following the opening of the show at 9 a.m. 4. Those objectionable items will be removed at the request of the Craft Show Committee. 5. To provide an attractive booth including table coverings and other materials to accentuate the marketing of the booth. 6. That all crafter displays will be set up and said crafter will be at the show by 8 a.m., Saturday, December 6th, 2025. 7. After unloading, all vehicles/vans/trailers of a crafter and their personnel will be moved to crafter parking lot (directly to the left of building if looking at building) UNTIL 3:45 p.m. on Dec 6, 2025) . 8. To remain and not begin dismantling the booth until 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec 6, 2025. 9. To vacate the booth area clean with disposal of all trash. This should be completed by 5:30 p.m., Dec 6th, 2025. An additional charge ($10 for every 5 minutes) will be made for custodial fees after 5:30 p.m. This includes no defacing, damaging, or moving items in the booth space. Exhibitors will pay for any damage or injury done to the facility and surrounding area. 10. To display a valid sales tax license or to sign an agreement that we told You must file a sales tax. 11. Those cancellations received after May 20th, 2025, will result in forfeiture of 100% rental fee. Cancellations should be made by phone and then confirmed in writing. This application is a commitment to the show. 12. That all booth assignments and decisions of BtsEpoxyDesigns llc. will be final. THERE WILL BE NO SWITCHING OF BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS. This includes reselling of the booth to another crafter and subletting or apportion space to someone else. 13. To provide your own insurance. Any and all claims must be waived, and exhibitors release all rights and claims for damages against Columbia central Schools/Community Education, Fitness center BtsEpoxyDesignsL.L.C, its agents, representatives, volunteers, successors and assigns for any all injuries suffered at the show, or which may arise from traveling, participating or returning from these events. 14. That any and all property of the exhibitor is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor while on the premises even during loading and unloading including loss, theft or damage to any goods, personal property or injury to persons or property within the are of the booth leased to the exhibitor. This includes security in the crafter booth including keeping the booth area free of debris, obstructions, or other hazards that might result in injury to the public. 15. That their assigned booth will be occupied by 730 a.m., December 6, 2025 or the booth space may be forfeited. If an emergency arises the day of the show, please call 734-369-0024 or message 8.To grant their permission to Columbia central schools/ Columbia central Community Education and/or BtsEpoxyDesigns or cmjk to use images of their product line and their name on the web site and other marketing materials for promotional purposes of the show. 17. To cooperate on ELECTRICAL STANDARDS of 600 MAXIMUM WATTAGE due to limited amperage availability. Bulbs are of choice and a continual check throughout the show will monitor the usage. Electing to not abide by these lease clauses will result in forfeiture of displaying at the BtsEpoxyDesigns Craft Show for 3 years. 18. That crafters found in violation of the Lease Agreement may have their exhibit removed from the current show and/or be excluded from future shows at the sole discretion of btsepoxydesigns or Columbia central Area Schools who will not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from such action. 19.. That this contract constitutes the entire agreement between btsepoxydesigns/ the crafter and that no modification shall be valid unless presented in writing and signed by the parties or their representatives. COTTAGE FOOD VENDORS/BAKERS: Your products must be made AND labeled according to ALL of the Michigan State Laws and ALL of the requirements of the MDARD, Michigan Department of Agricultural & Rural Development. This is state law. All items will be inspected during set up. If labelling is not MDARD Compliant we are not allowed to let you vend until this is fixed. -CANDLE/SOAP VENDORS: Your products are very specific in how they need to be made to be safe according to Federal Laws and the safety of your consumer. -SPECIALTY EQUIPMENT: btsepoxydesigns is NOT legally liable for ANY vendors vehicles or equipment while on our property. Your property is solely your responsibility. If you leave it unattended or it gets stolen or damaged in any way, we are not liable. If you have expensive equipment, please arrange to not leave it unattended. This includes any vehicles and/or trailers, these are NOT to be left overnight at any of our venues.
